Director of Financial Discipleship
- Lead efforts to encourage our MB family in biblical stewardship and joyful generosity
- Provide discipleship resources, preach/teach at churches, and steward key initiatives
- Exhibit compelling communication skills and church leadership experience with a heart for Kingdom impact
- Provide financing for church facilities, expansion, and construction
- Underwrite applications, coordinate closings and construction draws, and steward a healthy loan portfolio
- Demonstrate strong service skills; credit analysis or lending experience preferred
- Assist in executing marketing strategy through content creation, editing, and project coordination
- Manage outward-facing channels—including the website, social media, marketing materials, bulk mail campaigns, and presentations
- Support ministry-aligned growth initiatives by assisting with program development, contributing strong service and organizational skills
- Provide administrative and client‑service support to the Chief Development Officer and Loan Program
- Coordinate correspondence, scheduling, documentation, presentations, loan servicing activities, and event support
- Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and service skills with a commitment to MB Foundation’s mission and biblical stewardship
