Director of Financial Discipleship
- Lead efforts to encourage our MB family in biblical stewardship and joyful generosity.
- Provide discipleship resources, preach/teach at churches, and steward key initiatives.
- Exhibit compelling communication skills and church leadership experience with a heart for Kingdom impact.
- Provide financing for church facilities, expansion, and construction.
- Underwrite applications, coordinate closings and construction draws, and steward a healthy loan portfolio.
- Demonstrate strong service skills; credit analysis or lending experience preferred.
Senior Adult Ministry Coordinator 10-15 hrs/wk – Remote position possible
- Develop strategies, partnerships, and events that equip churches to strengthen senior adult ministries.
- Help senior adults discover God’s calling in retirement and connect them to MB Foundation resources.
- Reflect strong relational skills, spiritual maturity, and a passion for challenging older adults toward Kingdom-thinking.
