1904 Legacy Circle

Celebrating and recognizing God’s provision for ministry through planned gifts made by faithful and generous stewards, while fostering a community that inspires others to take hold of real life. I Timothy 6:17-19.

We are honored to celebrate the faithfulness of those who have partnered with us to create their legacy.

The 1904 Legacy Circle recognizes a community of generous stewards who have established legacy gifts through MB Foundation.

This circle of stewards began when Franz Wiens made the first legacy gift through MB Foundation. In 1904, he gifted 80 acres located in Hamilton County, Nebraska, as an endowment to the Conference. For over a century, his faithful stewardship has supported ministry, leaving a legacy that is still making an impact today. Read more about the first legacy gift through MB Foundation.

John and Mary Ellen Kauffman

“We love what MB Foundation is doing. We feel it’s a way to serve with our money that has come to us over the years of hard work. Of our investment in church, family, and farming, what we’ve given to church and family were our best investments.”

Ken and Marilyn Fast

“We strongly believe that at least 10% of the value of our estate should go to the Lord’s work. Since most of our ministry was in the athletic department, we feel it is only fitting to help meet this need.”
