You will work with our experienced staff to learn new business skills in one of four areas: HR, Accounting, IT, or Operations. We provide part-time hours with a flexible schedule to accommodate your availability.

- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- A Christian faith, commitment and loyalty to the mission and ministries supported by the U.S. Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches
