Online Access Upgrade

As an online customer, we value your interaction through the online account access portal. This upgrade will improve your experience and increase our ability to serve you. You will experience a “blackout” period to your online account from July 1 to July 25, 2022. The impact is as follows:
    1. All online transaction capabilities will be temporarily unavailable. If you typically perform any loan/certificate transactions online, please make prior arrangements OR contact us during this time for assistance.
    2. Any updates to your online account will be temporarily unavailable. Your data will still be accessible but it will only reflect a processing date of June 30, 2022. Any transactions during the blackout period will not be visible online until after July 25.
    3. You will be sent paper correspondence during the blackout period. We will continue to keep real time records of all account activity. Related correspondence to these activities will be sent to you in the mail with a return to electronic delivery on July 25. This will keep your notices and confirmations current, rather than waiting several weeks.
    4. You will be required to create a new password to access your online account on July 25. Your current user name will be carried forward to the upgraded system, however a new password will be necessary. An email notification to create a password will be issued to you when the online portal is activated.
