Eric Buller
Chief Operations Officer
Eric serves as Chief Operations Officer for MB Foundation and joined the organization in 2025. He has brought 30 years of cross-sector leadership in nonprofit operations, healthcare, missions, and manufacturing. Previously, Eric served as Chief Executive Officer of ELWA Hospital in Liberia, a 24/7 facility with more than 350 staff, where he strengthened finance, quality, and stakeholder trust. For over a decade in Liberia, he helped train pastors and established the Bu Diyah Training Center and Model Farm to equip leaders for self-sustaining ministry. Earlier in his career, he held operations and quality management roles at AGC Glass, Case New Holland, and The HON Company. Eric holds an M.B.A. from Capella University and a B.S. in Business Quality Management from Southwestern College. He is passionate about serving the Church and helping teams deliver efficient, reliable, and honoring service.
Eric and his wife, Pam, live on a fourth-generation family farm near Durham, Kansas. Married for more than 30 years, they have eight children and have parented and fostered many more. They attend Parkview MB Church and enjoy investing in leaders across cultures. Outside of work, Eric enjoys time with family, learning new skills, and restoring his 1970 Chevelle.
