Hiebert Named Ministry Representative for Central Valley
MB Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Hiebert as ministry representative for California’s Central Valley. In this role, Justin will build, nurture, and maintain relationships among individuals, pastors, churches, and ministries.
Justin brings a deep passion for ministry and a strong background in leadership development, pastoral care, and community engagement. His experience and heart for service make him a valuable addition to MB Foundation’s team, supporting our mission to serve the constituency across California.
“We’re excited about this new chapter of service in the Central Valley,” said Jon C. Wiebe, president and CEO of MB Foundation. “Justin’s commitment to the church and his relational approach to ministry make him a meaningful connection point as we continue to serve churches, ministries, and individuals with excellence.”
Justin is no stranger to the Mennonite Brethren community. He grew up attending Buhler MB Church in Buhler, Kansas, earned his B.S. from Tabor College, and received his Master of Divinity from Fresno Pacific Biblical Seminary. He has served in various pastoral roles, most recently as Interim Executive Pastor at Heritage Bible Church in Bakersfield, California, where he and his wife, Elise, live with their four children.
“I get excited about helping people leave a legacy of influence and impact in the world,” said Hiebert. “What drew me to MB Foundation is its vision to promote Biblical principles of financial stewardship.”
Hiebert will serve from his home in Bakersfield, where he looks forward to building relationships and helping the Central Valley community engage with generosity in meaningful, lasting ways.
