MB Foundation Breaks Ground on New Building
MB Foundation recently gathered with their honored guests to officially break ground on the new MB Foundation Corporate Headquarters building at 200 East D Street in Hillsboro, KS.
“We are excited for this opportunity that we have been given and look forward to being able to grow our ministry and better serve our constituency and the entire Hillsboro community,” says Jon C. Wiebe, President and CEO of MB Foundation.
Wiebe kicked off the ceremony with a welcome and brief history of MB Foundation and stated the value of what has been entrusted to the Foundation. “We take very seriously what has been entrusted to our care and with much prayer and deliberation have decided that a new building will help us to continue to serve this community and our nationwide constituency with excellence,” says Wiebe.
Vice President Bruce Jost brought a word of scripture and introduced the groundbreaking team of Wiebe, Jost, Joel SooHoo, Vice President and Treasurer of MB Foundation; architect, Stan Shelden; project manager, Chris Biggs; and Vice Chair of the USMB Board, Marv Schellenberg. Schellenberg closed the ceremony with a word of prayer.
